Chad did great job removing old chimney tiles and replaced with new chimney cowl and better quality spikes. I can tell the work was much higher quality and better materials. I was concerned about a mess from the chimney sweeping before he came. He came right in and covered the area near the fire place and has a vacuum system he uses to catch all the debris coming out of the fireplace. No dust or debris. Yay. He then cleaned my fireplace and left it looking nicer than it has in a long time. I was hoping one fix could be accomplished but I have had 2 other opinions recently along with Chads that it couldn't be done. Chad did think about it and came up with an easy solution and was knowledgeable about another issue I have been having. Unfortunately, our dryer stopped working after the cleaning. Chad came back not once, but twice to ensure that the vent was working properly. (Dryer issue is unrelated).
